In January 2015, Lynn retired and Brooks Minnick purchased Bank Street Creamery. Brooks was born and raised in Wilson and returned to Easton after 25 years. He spent many hours with previous owner Lynn and her ice cream maker, Melissa, learning the ropes of small batch, high quality ice cream production. Brooks has refreshed the shop and is offering new products, while still continuing to honor the quality, the recipes and the great service that makes Bank Street Creamery so well known and loved.
